The fund is designed to provide targeted, practical support where a modest financial barrier could otherwise prevent someone from accessing opportunity.
Applicants must provide clear evidence of need and intended use of funds as part of the request process.
We also invite employers, partners, and supporters of Link Job Fairs to contribute to the fund.
Even small contributions help remove barriers for candidates — supporting travel to interviews, access to events, or preparation for employment.
